Field Laborers 

Currently seeking qualified individuals looking for full-time employment as Field Laborer involving physical labor at construction sites.

• Must be able to perform strenuous manual labor in asphalt and concrete construction projects.
• Must be able to operate hand and power tools of all types.
• Must be able to prepare concrete and asphalt construction-type work.
• Must be able to properly clean up rubble, debris and other waste materials from construction sites.
• Must work well with others.
• Must have personal transportation to each different jobsite location.

• Perform manual work in preparing surfaces for paving.
• Shovel concrete/asphalt into construction areas.
• Assist in patching asphalt with hot and cold mix.
• Excavate and fill trenches and ditches.
• Maintain a clean job site: picks up all tools and equipment and secures job site each day to eliminate potential hazards.
• Load and unload trucks and haul and hoist materials.
• Ensure that proper safety and incident reporting procedures are followed.
• Notify jobsite foreman, project manager or safety officer when problems arise or potential problems exist.

Heavy Equipment Operator/Drivers 

Currently seeking qualified individuals looking for full-time employment as Heavy Equipment Operators and Commercial Trucks to assist in moving, grading, and excavating earth, and installing rock and asphalt and other hard surface pavement.

• California Class A Commercial Driver's License
• 5 years of heavy equipment operation and maintenance experience.
• High school diploma or GED.

• Operate many different types of heavy equipment: including front-end loaders, motor graders, excavators, pavers, rollers, backhoes, scrapers and skiploaders.
• Operates commercial trucks: includes running, maneuvering, navigating, and driving vehicles or mechanical equipment; forklifts as well as passenger vehicles
• Build level and excavate land surfaces using graders and other construction equipment.
• Gather and load dirt and waste products from job sites onto trucks. Transport to appropriate location.
• Operate water truck and similar equipment for dust control and dirt compaction.
• Repair and maintain heavy equipment, trucks, structures and materials.
• Perform physical work requiring the use of arms and legs; such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stopping, and materials handling.
• Use hand-held mobile radio units to coordinate tasks and resources.
• Maintain accurate logs and records.
• Ensure adherence to safe work practices and procedures.

Office Clerk

Currently seeking qualified individuals for full-time employment as an Office Clerk. The Office Clerk is responsible for providing clerical and administrative duties to our Sales, Production, and Accounting Departments. This position is a key team player in helping manage each project, most especially the public works projects that require more documentation and government compliance. This position is expected to grow professionally in specific areas while being a part of this company. The use of prior skills and experience will prove to be an invaluable asset.

Skills and Qualifications:
• High School Diploma OR GED OR Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Accounting
• At least 1-2 years of prior experience in project administration, document management, job costing, basic accounting, and payroll, preferably in the same industry
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
